 After buddies without IM are recognized, #4689, there should be a feature
 to allow sending invitations to these non-IM buddies to use MySpaceIM. The
 official client has a feature that allows sending invitation messages with
 user-defined text. This protocol needs to be reverse-engineered,
 documented in MsimProtocolSpec, and implemented.
