Comment:

 Updated MsimProtocolSpec to document this use of IMName. Here's what I'm
 thinking we should do with buddies without IM:

  * Set their presence to a new status type, something saying they are not
 an IM user.
  * If sent an IM to a buddy with a non-IM status, fail immediately,
 explaining the situation in the IM window.
  * Allow inviting these IM-less buddies to MySpaceIM. Filed #4775 for
 this.
