 There is the option to have the window raised when a conversation comes
 in.  There is the ability to have sound for the start of a conversation.
 How about a sound if during the conversation the chat window is not the
 focus?  I have a dual screen setup and am not always looking at the screen
 running pidgin.  Therefore I don't see the window raised and having sound
 for every receive is VERY annoying.  If not sound on focus raise, how
 about the ability to raise the widow and flash it so it would be more
 noticable?
