 Seems to be that this was just an 'User failure' :-)

 - If I close the chat window -> All #channels gets /parted

 - If I close the client from the Buddulist window -> #channels still stays
 online on the server  => This is the wanted feature

 Sorry for extra report. This case can be closed.
