 When I set a buddy icon, I can see the "CHG" being sent in the Debug
 Window, but from my other client, I don't see the icon.

 Since no-one has complained, it's probably not affecting MSNp14. So I
 think this has to do with the changes for
 [http://msnpiki.msnfanatic.com/index.php/MSNP15:Roaming Roaming Content]
 profiles for buddy icons, etc.
