 When messages are sent to offline buddies, OIM's are sent first. However,
 if there is an existing SB, it should be used instead because OIM's are
 displayed with different formatting.

 Additionally, Masca has had problems chatting with a certain buddy that
 appears to be mobile, but isn't. A SB should probably be tried first in
 this case, as well.
