 This patch can't go in for Pidgin 2.4.0, as we are string frozen pending
 release--no new strings and no string changes allowed.  It could go in for
 a future release, though.

 bl4: could you please submit the patch as a unified diff (`-u` argument to
 diff)?  The patch is difficult to follow in its current form.
