 A popup window every time it is clicked would be effective, but probably
 kind of annoying. Perhaps the warning could be issued in brief right under
 the checkbox with a "More info" or "Read more" link, either pointing to
 more information on your pidgin.im or maybe just a simple help popup
 window.
