Comment:

 You can't have ICQ and AIM names that are identical.  ICQ uses a number
 and AIM uses a alphanumeric string that doesn't start with a number.

 I'm not sure what exactly you're doing, but it should be sufficient to
 update your ICQ account to use your ICQ number and not your nickname.
