 The idle time of a buddy always says "0m". If I mouse over, I get the
 correct idle time in the tool tip. If I open a chat window to the buddy,
 then close it, the correct idle time is displayed. This seems to be a new
 bug in 2.3.x (I'm using 2.3.1).
