 hey,

 im trying to convince people around me to start using pidgin cause i hate
 messenger live. because the [so called] 'upgrade' was mandatory and the
 Interface is too 'shiny' a reason i don't like vista.

 anyway, being in my late teens with friends that age, features that are
 commonly used are emoticons web&mic and group chats.

 i did read about web&mic and wont push for it, but i cant figure out how
 to add emoticons, i i did see something on the site about adding them
 manually.
 but is there some process that can be made to simply the process as
 intuitivly as msn?
 also, some custom emoticons are very big, can an option to 'shrink' or
 conform a maximum image size be set?

 also, the chatrooms, i cant figure out how to add people to a chat, or
 initaite a 3 person chat?
 is there a menu that im missing?
