 If a buddy is idle and you have a conversation window open with them, then
 the idle time listed for them in the infopane does not update with the
 number in the buddy list unless something about the window changes
 (regains focus, loses focus, tab changes, message sent, etc.) This is on
 WinXP with GTK+2.12.1
