 When pidgin 2.4.3 is built with --enable-nm, my laptop is no longer able
 to Suspend to RAM. Instead the system hangs. With --disable-nm, there is
 no problem. This is on an OpenSuSE 10.2 system with Linux kernel 2.6.25.3
 (self-compiled).
