#6253: Pidgin forgot my accounts

My computer crashed a few minutes after I had started it (as it usually
does 1/2 of the times I start it, crappy hardware...) and when I started
it again, Pidgin said I didn't have any accounts. All settings were also
reset. Pidgin usually doesn't forget anything, even when the computer
crashes, but maybe this time the computer crashed while Pidgin was writing
to it's settings files? In that case, I think this could be avoided if
Pidgin, instead of writing directly to it's files, first create and write
to new files, and then delete the old files. Then Pidgin would always have
the old files if the system crashes while Pidgin is writing to it's files.
