#6293: Away (name change) handling on IRC

One quite important missing feature compared to other IRC clients in
Pidgin is this feature:
Many people on IRC, when they go away, they append the suffix "|away" (or
similar) to their names. For example, when Cube goes away he is Cube|away.
It should be possible with Pidgin to automatically add a suffix to your
username, depending on the status you change to (like Cube|Eating).
Closely related to this would be Pidgin to recognize the person which you
added to your buddylist as "jsmith", even when he changes to
"jsmith|away", so that he still appears in your buddylist.
This would add states to IRC!
It should be also possible for the user to define characters which
seperate the name from the state, because some people might use |away, but
some [away].
Even if it wouldn't be possible to add the recognizing feature, the append
feature would be possible, wouldn't it?
