Comment:

 I have the blink option checked, it only blinks once and then stops.
 Doesn't help for me being away from the PC.  I have the Flash Window
 checked also, but it doesn't do anything if the window is behind
 something, and it does not continue to flash.  Neither of these is a
 solution.

 Can something be added to bring the conversation window to the front and
 continuously flash the appropriate tab, or continuously flash the
 application icon (not the little thing in the system tray, can't see that,
 needs to be the application bar in the bottom toolbar,  inverting back and
 forth.  Right now it just inverts and sits there)?
