Comment:

 The fact that the Floating TIP button doesn't appear is something out of
 our control, it would have to be addressed upstream in GTK+ (and I have no
 idea if it is at all reasonably feasible to accomplish).  Feel free to
 file a feature request in the GTK+ bug tracker.

 As a side note, the "Send Button" plugin is available in the 2.4.3 win32
 build.
