 So, disable and re-enable is apparently not quite as useful as I'd
 initially thought.  I'm still getting plagued with gtalk disconnects, and
 disabling the account isn't always correcting it.  I've tried other
 clients, which seem to connect properly even while pidgin is not
 connecting.  What can I do to troubleshoot the further?
