 When typing a long message in Pidgin ICQ, you get the answer "message
 could not be send, it is too long" and your message is completely lost.

 There are two possibilities to solve this problem:
 - Pidgin only allows messages up to a length that corresponds to the
 protocols size limit
 - Pidgin echoes the whole message and AFTER THIS the error message. so at
 least the message text is not lost
