 This change is just awful!  I hate it!  I hate it so much I downgraded
 back to 2.3.1.  There really needs to be an option to change typing
 notification from "<Name> is typing" to the cute little keyboard buttons
 animation.  At least the animation was half-way interesting to watch while
 you were waiting for your slow-typing friend to get their damn reply
 out...
