 Yes, I said there are likely pockets of people who haven't made the
 switch, my claim is that educating them about this is easy and quick and I
 would rather do that than work around it.

 No, the change isn't just in the accounts window. It would at very least
 need to be made to the website, man page, packaging descriptions, etc. It
 would then cause people to get confused when they select Jabber for their
 account but it then shows up as XMPP (we already get this confusion with
 the existing Google Talk entry for example).
