 Actually, as it turns out this is a real problem.  I never noticed it
 before because pidgin compiles just fine.  However, NAT-PMP won't work
 since sys/sysctl.h is not properly detected.

 The attached patch works for FreeBSD, and looks like it will work for
 {Open,Net}BSD since the check is already there for sys/param.h.
