 Sadrul: You may want to look at the patch marcus linked to above, which is
 separate from this issue.

 Marcus: In libpurple/nat-pmp.c, sys/types.h is still included *after*
 sys/sysctl.h. Are you sure we don't need to change that? We're also not
 including param.h in that file at all.
