 As Will said in the mailing list, we have an unmanageable number of
 plugins and they should be categorized.

 I guess we can use one of the padding fields and add a
 !PurplePluginCategory with "devel-helper", "Preferences", "Fun",
 "Commands", "Uncategorized".

 I was thinking in a tabbed dialog but it can be done with a tree like the
 buddy list with each of the categories and maybe "enabled" "disabled",
 "all".
