 If you are getting that from an XMPP account than that is not the same as
 this ticket, and I would guess that you are getting that from an Openfire
 XMPP server (or your network connection really is the problem). In either
 case there is not much we can do about it (the ping support was added
 exactly so that people with bad connections will notice them faster, we
 were getting complaints).
