 Would be great if pidgin use groups instead of tags to organize the buddy
 list.
 Actually you can add people to various groups in the same time, but it is
 not intuitive.

 I think that is easier if has a central tag list that you can select which
 tags you want, like gmail. But I really don't know if/how to implement,
 but is a suggestion.

 Example:

 =Buddy list=
 John Smith (work, friends, man)
 Sara Wilson (woman, family)
 someone at somedomain.com (man)

 and a window with the tag list

 =tag list=
 work
 friends
 man
 work
 family
