 Hello,

 I just installed version 2.4.0 on windows XP and started to have problem
 with czech characters. When any body send me message in which are special
 czech chars then I get only this message:

x1;x1;a
x1;x1; 
x1;x1;Y
x1;x1;~ (There was an error
 receiving this message.  Either you and ?????????? have different
 encodings selected, or ?????????? has a buggy client.)

 In the debug window is:

 (13:16:38) oscar: Conversion from UCS-2BE failed: Transformation "UCS-2BE"
 to "UTF-8" is not supported.
 (13:16:38) oscar: String is not valid UTF-8.

 In ICQ protocol I have CP1250 and also the oposite side has the same in
 pidgin 2.3.1. But still I got this error :(

 The issue happens with users who are using original ICQ clients and also
 Pidgin 2.3.1. I didnt test it with pidgin 2.4.0 and 2.4.0

 Version 2.3.1 was without this issue.
