 I have been carting around an old accounts.xml going back many releases
 now, and it has some account definitions for protocols I don't always
 build.  In particular, there is a zephyr account entry, which, when
 present, causes pidgin to segfault.  I am not building zephyr support into
 2.4.0, but I also didn't build it into 2.3.1 or 2.3.0 and the exact
 accounts.xml file worked fine there.
