 If you really hate the idea letting us set the size with a spliter, how
 about an option of "minimum" and "maximum" number of lines for the auto-
 expansion. Currently the values are 2/4, I believe. I could set it to 8/8
 and when it when past it wouldn't grow and I would have the larger area I
 like (and hopefully a scrollbar would appear). Some might like 8/16, some
 1/24. If this has already been proposed, I apologize for repeating the
 idea.
