 We generally don't include plugins in our source distribution or packages
 unless we wrote them.  I see no reason to make an exception here.

 I don't like the idea that this is a plugin that would have to be loaded
 in order to disable the use of the browser for captcha verification, and
 there is no way that this code would ever be included in the yahoo prpl
 since it uses GTK directly.
