 In case it can give help, I've tried to reproduce the bug.
 Picture "bug_pidgin3.jpg" is a screen-shot of a test for which the
 Transfer File windows opened correctly.
 Picture "bug_pidgin4.jpg" is a screen-shot of a test for which the
 Transfer File windows opened badly.
 The only difference between the two tests is the position of the chat
 window before File transfer.
