 I don't think the chat window has any effect on this bug.  It is the
 placement of the popup message to ACCEPT a file transfer that determines
 the placement of next window(Which is to select where to save the file.)
 As you accept more files during a session that popup ACCEPT window begins
 moving closer to the top right each time, which is what causes the
 placement of the window to be offscreen.
