 I use Gaim/Pidgin on both Linux (Fedora) and Windows since years and I
 just created an account on this site today...

 Why ? Because as explained in many messages in this thread before this
 one, the new auto-resize features is a regression for me and Pidgin is
 less friendly with this feature.... I suggest to restore the old behavior
 or at least let the choice to the user....
