 On this bug tracker, if an issue cannot be progressed without further
 input from the submitter, and that submitter does not provide any, the
 ticket is automatically closed.

 The issue is neither a GTK+ bug or a Pidgin bug nor a window manager bug,
 per se. It's just a non-ideal behavior, that I don't know how to make
 better. If you or the original submitter do have any ideas, post them and
 I'll reopen this as an enhancement request.
