 The scrollbar next to the userlist for IRC windows is not attached to the
 userlist the same way that the scrollbar for the chat window is. I checked
 with a few different themes and theme engines to make sure it wasn't a
 peculiarity of my theme. Screenshot attached.

 I know it's a very minor defect, but with all the attention Pidgin has
 gotten to appearance since GAIM, figured you might want it to all look
 consistent.
