 The plugin intentionally does not allow auto-accept from everyone as that
 is an opening of the local disk we do not like or encourage. If you (or
 someone else) wanted to modify the plugin (or write a new one for that)
 you should feel free to do so. I agree that the plugin description does
 not make it entirely clear how you need to go about selecting buddies but
 as I don't much care about the plugin I haven't spent time thinking about
 how to make it better.

 Does the Conversation->More menu contain the "select this buddy for auto-
 accept" menu entry for buddies not on your buddy list? It might, if it
 does that should handle much of your request (the part not covered under
 "we don't like auto-accept from all" on principle at least).
