 When a friend who is using an AIM client sends a Korean chat message, the
 Korean is not displayed correctly.  It looks like what a browser would
 display if I did not have the Korean language installed in Windows.  It
 looks like boxes with numbers in them.
 The funny thing is that Korean works fine when a friend using gchat sends
 a Korean chat message.
