 Well but how weird is this:
 1) When ur friend's internet gets disconnected and he comes back, Pidgin
 doesnt tell that friend has signed on.
 2) When ur own internet gets disconnected and you relogin, Pidgin instead
 says, friend has signed on!!

 I think not just Buddy State Notification but even Guifications shud pop-
 up a toast. But since its not happening in both I have a feeling that core
 doesnt let them know anyway (abt friends relogin).
