 If i try to connect to icq, even with different servers like
 slogin.oscar.aol.com or login.icq.com, pidgin returns that my password is
 wrong!

 Since yesterday i can't connect to the icq-servers.
 Reading through a few forums i found out that the icq-people changed their
 authentication to use ssl. A few voices say that icq only supports
 md5-hashed logins but i don't know what exactly is the right version.

 Icq 6, Miranda IM and iChat do support that, libpurple doesn't and
 therefore its not possible to connect to icq.

 There was a feature request for ssl:

 I hope you can provide a fix very soon!
