 hello.
 i use pidgin 2.2.1 in ubuntu 7.10.
 this encoding problem is here:
 when somebody sends message with win1251 when my im client is offline,
 when i turn on, it is shown as encoded with iso-8859-1 .

 sometimes, it is with qip (non-unicode old versions i think), their
 messages are decoded with iso-8859-1 .

 a group name in pidgin is shown as Собеседники . i'll try
 rename it again, but one time when i renamed it, i could not, it was not
 renamed properly.
