 oooh ok ! I'm using pidgin for years but I never hovered enought time to
 have the buddy expanding !

 I think the delay should be shorter, I don't understand why we have to
 wait to have the buddy expanding. I think a lot of people is missing this
 feature... Or perhaps it is simply which is not gifted :D
