 Hi,
 I find it a massive pain that when some one adds me, I dont receive any
 notification or pop up, it just shows the message in pidgin, meaning if i
 havent maximized pidgin i wouldnt know if i have any new friend requests.

 Is there a plugin for this or could there be an option to be alerted of
 new friend requests?
