Comment:

 Closed as duplicate of #3328.[[BR]]The buddy list window should flash in
 your taskbar (assuming you have the buddy list window open and have a
 taskbar that supports flashing) but yes I don't believe there is any
 notification at the moment if the buddy list is hidden in a notification
 area.

 This is largely a duplicate #3328.
