Comment:

 As nosnilmot noted the muc join code currently has two sections marked as
 needing fixing. The code currently handles delayed join presence stanza
 but doesn't check the actual time stamped on the message but comments that
 delay markers are possible even on messages that are not really delayed.
 As the code uses the presence of a delay marker to avoid presenting old
 join information as new this causes issues when new join stanzas are
 marked as old.
