#7513: Hide new IM conversations broken

 I configured my pidgin to "Show system tray icon: Always" and "Hide new IM
 conversations: Always" and it worked perfectly on all versions before
 2.5.2.

 After upgrade my libpurple and pidgin to 2.5.2 on my freebsd 8.0-current
 machine, IM conversations started to just pop up in front of me, ignoring
 the configurations, sometimes it worked fine, but most of time not.

 I tried to associate it with something (account, Protocol, Group,...) but
 couldn't find a similarity.

 Now I back to 2.5.1 version and it back to work fine.

 I'm ready to hellp testing what you need and available to give you all
 information you need, just let me know.
