#7518: markerline stops working after hiding/showing persistent chats

 The markerline plugin doesn't seem to work at all after closing and re-
 opening a persistent chat. The marker line itself still appears in a chat
 window, but it never moves (if I focus/unfocus the window and receive new
 messages) until I reload the plugin.

 It looks like all the callbacks get disconnected and are not re-connected
 when the chat window is re-shown.
