 A plugin could do this sort of thing with the
 [http://developer.pidgin.im/doxygen/dev/html/account-signals.html#account-
 authorization-requested authorization request] signals that were added in
 2.3.0. It would need a second dialog to confirm permanent versus single-
 time ignoring at the moment, but it would work.
