 I have same problems on my '''Gentoo Linux''' platform.
 That is really old bug, i remember it on few previous versions, on x86 and
 amd64 architectures.

 I have 120 dpi fonts too, in my GNOME DE.

 Please make attention at this bug, it affects ANY version and ANY
 platform, including 2.5.2 version too.
