 The callback that resets the typing state to PURPLE_NOT_TYPING calls the
 purple_conv_im_update_timing function, but the code reseting the typing
 state to PURPLE_NOT_TYPING when a new message is received in a
 conversation doesn't do it.

 Even if the UI can guess that a buddy who just sent a message is likely
 not in a typing state any more, for consistency the signal should still be
 sent.
