Comment:

 You must have changed the shortcut (probably accidentally) by hovering
 your mouse cursor over the relevant menu item (Buddies->Show->Offline
 Buddies) and hitting the 's' key.

 To remove this shortcut, hover over the menu item and hit the backspace
 key.
